  • There is some stuff back in stock now both Natural Collection and Mediterranean BUT the NC stuff is only 3 for 2 and NOT BOGOF as well - gutted! The Mediterranean stuff is also at a higher price for the same stuff - the hand care kits and the mini box are both higher prices - gutted again! Oh well, the BOGOF may still work in store as all the NC stuff still seems to be labelled up as such...... I'll keep you posted.

  • tried in store today and the BOGOF is not working only the 3 for 2 on natural collection

    Just got m order today. I was going to order some more but obviously the offers are over now. I'm just really happy I got some whilst they were there. DH thinks I'm going mad!!!

    Part of my order seems to have gone walkabout. It was supposed to be delivered in 4 parts and only 3 turned up.

    Have any of you ever had an issue like this when your order has been freebies/errors?

    I will need to phone them if it hasn't arrived by tomorrow but I'm a bit worried as I only paid for a small part of the order and the rest of the items were because of the glitches. Am I likely to get replacements do you think?

    I had a split delivery from Boots via Business Express one time - it was sent at the same time in 2 boxes and they arrived a day apart - when did you get the first part of your consignment aliasojo? If they don't turn up I'd say you were entitled to replacements.

    Two boxes and a Jiffy bag arrived on Friday. This is Tuesday, I was thinking the other part should've turned up yesterday or today.

    The Jiffy bag had one fortune cookie bath thingy in it. The boxes must go by weight as there was plenty room to stick it in a box with the other stuff but they put it in a separate bag instead. :)

    There's still a fair number of items missing, it's not just one or two.......I feel bad at complaining because of the glitch. :o

  • My delivery came in 3 boxes, one of which got soaked, so a gift box was ruined. Also, one box went AWOL.When I called up they couldn't have been nicer. They replaced the gift box, calling me back later to tell me how my missing box of 2 fortune cookies was progressing.
    I wouldn't worry about being 'caught out' when you phone, as all you have done is ordered gifts from them and if their customer service means anything to them they will not want to cause you any embarrassment.
