No I dont think thats harassment, they are being difficult and refusing to deal with the OP, I think the banking code is the source to quote fromClick here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

Your welcom to think what you like, I gave MY opinion to the OP on what I believe is the best course of action for them, strange, others on this thread are in the same agreement, apart from yourself of course.
I geniunly think that the banking code needs quoting and is more relevant here but i do concede that there is no harm in sending a harrassment letter as well, if the OP does feel that harrassment is an issue0
