Well hold on a sec! Isnt it a bit duplicitious of Igirl to contact a broker about a mortgage, then to go off and arrange something on her own, without bothering to inform the broker
She may have been enquiring about a mortgage not available to the general public. What did you expect to happen when you contacted a mortgage broker? As others have indicated if B&W rejected you then obviously nationwide would too, your broker could have told you this .you didn't even phone and let her know!
