Anyone else have the same problem?
I have had a loan with Welcome finance for a while and have had no problems with it.
I arranged for a top up and between back logs and their system being down it is taking quite a long time.
Now they are saying they are trying to pay it out since yesterday morning but they have an error on their side which IT are "working" on.
Its 36 hours later and still no change and if it isnt sorted soon it'll be Monday before its even looked at again.
The advisors are not able to tell me anymore on the phone, the IT department don't take calls cause they are too busy fixing all the unnamed problems and the supervisors are all in a meeting. All of them.
The longer this goes on the more chaoas it is causing for me as everything is on hold until I receive my money.
Any suggestions other than I may just wait patiently?

If you do a search on the forums for welcome you'll find a couple of other posts about welcome saying that have IT problems etc and delaying things. They seem to have been using this excuse for the past few weeks...0
