Pigsback - explanation?

Options
Would any kind soul care to explain in words of one syllable what this is all about?

I've seen it mentioned many times but have no time to research the topic.

A short, to the point explanation would be gratefully received.

its a site, like various others, where you get money back for viewing ads, visiting sites, and buying from various websites. Only pennies at a time, - one point is 1p monetary value, but they all mount up, hopefully nicely in time for xmas!
I am with Pigsback, and can say that you get 5 point for clicking on various ads, and can gain points very fast sometimes with various offers such as applying for holiday brochures, signing up to e-newsletters etc, and then lots of sites offer various points per pound that you spend. You can even earn points from ebay! - 35 per pound ebay earn from your transactions, - i've gained a lot of points this way!
There are other moneyback sites such as Quidco etc, but I couldn't advise on these as am not a member, but i'm sure some nice soul will help out there?!

    I've been Money Tipped!
I wouldn't want to get involved if it meant lots of extra non-green paper generation.

Is a lot of it to do with sending brochures through the post, then?

Not really, a lot of the points come from either visiting various advertised websites, or buying things from shops, but linked to the pigsback site. eg you can buy stuff from the Boots website, and if you log in through pigsback, you get a certain amount of points per £1 you spend. You can also win points by entering competitions.

there is a pigsback thread which will explain everything (the link is in a post further up!)
