Wednesday was my BR Day

Hi everyone,

Well, Wednesday just gone was "B" Day for me and I can honestly say that I was petrified. However, everybody at the court was really lovely, incuding and especially the judge, he told me that he thought I had enough to contend with without all this hanging over my head and he signed my papers and told me to go away and start today as my first day debt free.

I now only have the OR to contend with on Wednesday 28th May and can't wait to get that over and done with. However i have already had two phone calls today from one of my credit card companies plus atext. Does anyone know how long these go on for?

Thanks to everyone who has been so kind and helpful todate, this is the most amazing web site for help and assistance.

Will let you know how things go with the OR.

Thanks Again,

OAP Annie:T

Hi Annie, glad it went well for you.

The phonecalls etc can go on for a few weeks but as long as you keep quoting your BR number to them they will eventually get the message.

If you have any particularly aggressive ones then forward any correspondence to your OR and they will deal with them.

P.S You can answer the phone to them now :)

P.P.S. you could post this on the bankruptcy sub board and people there will be able to give you advice for the OR interview!

Hi Annie - you've gotten through the Bankruptcy - I'm sure the OR interview will be fine.
    Good luck :T :T
