i would be a bit wary of this... I love facebook but theres been stuff recently on the news etc about fraudsters setting up applications to get your personal details (phishing) and this all seems a bit similar. free fan would be good in this heat but not at the cost of my personal info! :) might be perfectly kosher just sayin as a warning tis a good idea to do your research before signin up to this.

This sounds dodgy - Avoid as you need to give your personal details over the internet to some stranger you don't know...

Anyone with common sence would avoid this!

i think its ok. you're giving them your address like you would any other freebie or comp site.

yes they can see your facebook profile, but so can every other application you add on facebook (that anyone could have made) and if you've been sensible with your profile details they arent going to see much else

Maybe lumpy_bum (love that name) is right? Grabbit r suddnly v good, actually. Is there any way to verify he's their's? Do Grabbit know about this? So many questions, so much Strongbow.biggrin.gif

    Anyone checked that out?

Don't have a facebook so can't check it out from that angle. A fair amount of Grabbit stuff seems too good to be real but it happens. wink.gif

I think it's ok too, we all submit ourselves to marketing ploys by signing up for these freebies anyway, facebook is just a newer way of doing so.
