Advice on my debts please?

Hi, I would be very greatful if somebody could give me some advice.
I've got afew debts which I am starting to sort out.
I have one letter from RMA which is connected to my Barclays bank account stating that 'Barclaycard has agreed to accept a settlement of yout current outstanding debt of £314.82' and saying to call the number. I only have texting credit which is the problem. I have just started a new job so I will have money by the end of the month. How can I contact them to start paying monthly ammounts?
I also have a letter from Moorcroft from T-Mobile For £41.66.
I thought that I had already paid off that account from another Morrcroft letter I received. T-Mobile were overcharging my old account and I did get it sorted after a long time. But when I mention about bank charges I received due to them taking out too much money they csaid they could#nt help. But i know thats not the case as I used to set up direct debits and know that if there is an error you are entitled to an immediate refunf from yur bank or building society. So any tips on how to sort this out
Finally, I received one of them postcards from NCO syaing someone will be calling between 9am-9pm on tuesday. I have read afew topics similar, so i know that they do this to worry you.
Sorry if most of this didnt make sense!

Just bumping this up for you so one of the knowledgable ones can help
I would help but I don't have a good track record with DCA's (as you can see from my signature!!!):hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0 -
HI
I would write to RMA because if you phone and give them your number they will call you constantly, I would simply tell them how much you can afford to pay and leave it at that but don't over stretch yourself.
With your Tmobile account write to moorcroft and tell them you are disputing you owe the money as its already been paid, if you have a ref inform them. As for the bank charges is T mobile won't help go to http://www.ofcom.org.uk/ and make a complaint.
And finally write to NCO and tell them you will only discuss their account in writting. It buys you time and you can prepare for them. What ever you do don't agree to anything you can't afford to agree too.
I hope this helps0 -
Doorstep Collectors have as much power as a paper boy, don't worry if they turn up just close the door and ignore them.0
