can someone just have a look at this letter and advise...

hi all had a letter back from courts asking me to pay more money than i actually have pcm so have to respond telling them i simply can't afford it.

CCCS have kindly sent me a template letter but i am not sue if its right? i get confused easily with this kind of letter and i do not want to put my foot in it!!

could someone be so kind as to look over the letter and provide any advice ie what to add, take out etc??( i will be enclosing my soa and list of creditors and amounts they recieve on my dmp too)

thank you in advance x
APPLICATION FOR REDETERMINATION TO LOCAL COURT FOR ORAL HEARING
The courts have advised me that some companies advise their legal representatives to reject instalment offers on unsecured debts where it is known that the debtor has an interest in a property. These cases are then generally passed to the courts where judgement is usually made forthwith rather than by instalments.
I would like it to be known to the solicitors and to this court that if judgement is granted forthwith on the above case that I wish to apply immediately for a redetermination at oral hearing in my local county court. This is in line with my rights 14.13 (3) CPR.
I am applying on the grounds that I am suffering financial difficulties and cannot afford to meet the rate determined. I have prepared a statement of income and expenditure showing the surplus income available to distribute among my creditors. I have also attached a schedule of proposed repayments to each creditor.
Please note that copies of this application have been sent to all parties and to the court involved by recorded delivery. This means that if any subsequent application were to be made for an interim charging order this would be void on the grounds that redemption has been applied for within the time limit.
