Ok posting this in the hope that someone knows someone!
We are able to get Glastonbury tickets for this years festival (usually tickets have gone but now but this year they haven't sold out) but need a pitch for the old 'camper van'. Does anyone know where to purchase these tickets from/anyone selling one? The official site says they are all sold out - grrrr!

You could check out nearby camp/caravan sites and the free shuttles that are being run by First bus. Glasto organisers are being very strict about what facilities a camper van must contain to be allowed on site!"Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0

oohh thanks for that wonder what facilities they are requiring! Surely, just a bed is usually whats in them (or am I going crazy! Thanks for the idea though,,, good one.0

The official Glasto site says camper vans must have either fitted cooking or washing facilities. Unsuitable vehicles will be bumped off to the ordinary carparks - where sleeping in vehicles is prohibited!

You might be best parking your camper van in a surrounding town and getting a bus to glasto"Do not look back and grieve over the past, for it is gone, and do not be troubled about the future, for it has yet to come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering"0

thankyou for that, guess the only good thing about being on the site would of been the added security...0
