I have received a letter from the Council and they have re-instated the payment plan.
Thier letter states that my local Councillor also wrote an email on my behalf, so :T to our local Councillor.
I can now sleep at night

Thats good news who ever suggested contacting your local councillor was dead right it's the one thing that really puts the wind up the local council.
I have heard several times of when councils refuse to take debts back from over pushy and intimidating bailiffs , that once a local councillor gets involved they soon change their tune.0
