If an item was truly 'not as described', then it would be e.g. labelled a size 14 and actually a size 18 i.e. a massive difference.

If you don't like it then you should go to stores and try clothing on, or order the correct size!

That is why we have the Distance Selling Regs, also not all online suppliers have stores

But the DSR's do not override common sense. All because something does not fit it does not make it fit for purpose! If you think it does, then please take a case to court ... I would love to watch the reaction of the judge!!!

But they are there for people to check the purchases, then they can return them without reason, maybe the OP should clarify why the are the wrong size re their post #8.

If the retailer has sent the wrong size they should not pay any postage, if not and the OP has just changed their mind then they will have to pay the return postage, if this was in the T&CS.
