Laptop company in administration

Not sure where this should go due to the nature of the problem.
Back in January, I placed an order with Rock laptops for a laptop. I decided to go through the finance route (buy now pay in 9 months) because of the price (around £2300). I applied for the finance, which was accepted. The company was V12 finance/clode finance.
After months of waiting for parts etc (I wasn't the only one), around March/April, Rock were offering Blu-Ray drive upgrade which I paid for via the credit card (Capital One). I was due to receive the laptop at the beginning of April. However, because of an error by Rock, the laptop couldn't be delivered as promised. I decided I had enough of waiting and decided to cancel.
My April credit card statement showed the money paid to the finance company as well as the £120 paid for the Blu-Ray upgrade. However, it showed no refunds. I rang Rock at the weekend to be told that I needed to talk to the accounts dept. which would call me back on Tuesday.
Today, I find out that Rock have gone into administration.
I owe the finance company £1800 (they took some money as deposit) and Rock owes me the £120.
How can I sort things out? I guess I should be to claim the £120 from the credit card company but what do I do about the £1800? Rock told me they had cancelled the finance agreement but I received a statement from the finance company about the £1800.
I'm going to contact both Rock and the finance company tomorrow but feel I need to be prepared in advance. Am I supposed to recover the £1800 or is the finance company supposed to recover it from Rock? Is there anything I should know or do when I speak to them tomorrow?
Please help!

This might not sound fair but you took out finance so that part of the debt is now yours come what may.
However all is not lost if you use your head here.
You used the credit card as a 'part purchase' of the computer - which you never received - it is my opinion (IANAL) that the credit card is responsible for the whole lot under the CCA.
You might want to check this out through somebody like CAB before contacting your credit card company.0
