I am coming to the end of a two year deal with woolwich on a buy to let mortgage, any ideas of the best available?

    It all depends on wjhat type of rate you are looking i.e. fixed/ variable/ no penalties?

    Also what the loan amount needed is, what the value of the property is and what the rental income is?

    Hi,
    I'm looking for a first time "buy-to-let" mortgage too. I think I would prefer a fixed rate one for the first few years. One of the important factors is that it must PERMIT letting to social landlords i.e. the local council. Can anyone recommend lenders that would suit, as I have heard that many exclude such lettings. Advice and tips most welcome.
