Hi all
After all your help last time thought this was the best place to ask about this..
My parents managed to get themselves into quite a bit of debt that they have recently sorted out through the means of the citezens advice and a company called Pay Plan. They have settled on a figure to pay back per month and all is going well.
Over the next week my Dad is expecting to get voluntary redundancy from his place of work for the last 40 years and is expecting quite a substantial payout, he is worried that when this payment is made that either the debtor's or Pay Plan will see this and take the money in order to clear the debts. The question I ask is this possible for them to do that?, he's worried that his redundancy package of 40 years is just going to disappear as soon as it is paid, and I would like to put his mind at rest.
Thanks in advance for your help
