Having actively bumped and had some fun in this thread, I now feel we have to be realistic - a] we can't guarantee to keep this thread at the forefront forever and b] no Newbie is going to read past the first page, so we need to think of other ways to be pro-active against the Trolls.

If, as I am sure many of us do, we can watch out for threads with O, 1 or 2 replies and we don't recognise the poster; check it out. If it's a newbie even if you can't answer the q, put a friendly line in, or give it a bump and if a troll has got in first, see them off! Be a committed troll patroller.

Pania has done a terrific job, it would be great if we could keep it going.
