BTW i do think they are good and they work, companies differ, I wrote to finish thanking them for the natural smell of their dishwasher freshener (only ones which dont make me feel ill) and they sent me £3 vouchers.
There was a thread about writing complementary things to companies, sometimes it works to your benefit but after all they ARE in it for the money!Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

I do think that a request to write letters should at least be accompanied by some stamps or prepaid envelopes or something!0
