Won Spa Day with Virgin trains -NOT

Got an email saying cancel your plans for the 28th, you won a spa break, then when I follow the link to the Virgin website to confirm, it says "sorry this email was sent in error". I thought it was my first win, made my day, am really sad now:(

That's so bad!!!! I would send them an email to let them know how disappointed you are and ask how this could have happened.
Keep at the comps though, and hopefully something lovely already has your name on it If at first you don't succeed ........

Defo complain, tell them you cancelled work and something else on 28th May, invited your auntie who's birthday it is on the same day..... make them feel so guilty that they offer you some sort of compensation such as free train tickets or something. That may sound sly but they deserve it.0
