Capital One - Credit Card - Credit Balance

My credit card is in credit by £187, slight mixup with regards to balance transfer.

Now what can I do to get this money back, they recommended I simply withdrawl the amount at a cash machine. I will not be getting stung by there cash withrawl fee's for using the card.

They will not reverse the transactions and send the money back to the Balance Transfer issuers and are reluctant to send the money to my bank account even they promised to do this last week and said it would take 4 working days, that has passed and they will not do anything just say I should use card to clear the credit balance.

Some advice would be appreciated as this is my money and want it back.
