CCA Help Required

Hi

We have requested a CCA from Thames Credit on 11th March, as yet we have heard nothing from them, not even an acknowledgment (posted by recorded delivery with the £1 postal order).

Obviously the 12 + 2 and the 30 day time limit has now passed, we would like to know what our next step is.

CCCS are still sending payments to them on our behalf, can we stop these payments now?

Can anyone help?
