I think this might be on offer at Tesco - £6.50 for two. It seems to be on offer on tesco.com anyway - so ordered 2.

Did anyone apply for this offer and receive their cashback?

I sent off any application two months ago and nothing has arrived.

Another family member also applied about 10 days after I sent my application off and they have also not received their cashback.

If it was just one of the applications then I could perhaps believe that it may have got lost in the post, but with neither of us getting any communication from Pedigree then it seems a bit suspicious.

It stated cashbacks would be processed within 28 days of receipt. Since it is now about twice that at 56 days then they are either very very slow or are not going to give the cashback.
