Tesco car insurance vouchers - help?

Has anybody recently recieved a cheque for using the Tesco Car insurance voucher that was issued in summer?

I used the voucher as per the instructions and it was accepted back on 13th June although as yet nothing has been returned and all i'm getting from the telephone lines is that it will be investigated - still nothing forthcoming despite 3-4 phone calls.

Any news/help?

Used my code for the cashback on my insurance renewal, just as the offer was ending in July. I received the £50 cheque about 2 weeks ago.

And you may be interested to know that all of your telephone calls will have been recorded and will be traceable in the event of you putting in a complaint.

If I were you, I would ask to register a formal complaint......I work within the same office as you will be dealing with (nothing to do with motor insurance though) and know that this will encourage some more action in getting a result.
