Hi all,
was wondering if any of you guys out here had any experience with leasing out a car to a cab company? i 've a car which might not fetch much
if sold now - not terrible though -VW Passat, Y reg , only done 51,000 miles. there're quite a few cab firms in my area and i've been thinking of calling them up and offering to rent the car out to them, but unsure of what conditions there might be. I need to sound like i know what i'm doing.
Many thanks, you all.

M y husband is a self employed taxi driver and I think if you want to hire a car out as a taxi it has to go through a taxi test and have a taxi plate on it. Get in touch with your local council and they will give you more info.0
