How long would you keep oyster sauce for?

I've got some oyster sauce in the fridge which has been opened for about - well, I don't actually know. Four months maybe. It says on the label to use within a month. It doesn't have mould on it. Would you use it, or bin it?

I have used oyster sauce much older than that. And I don't even keep it in the fridge. I would be perfectly happy using yours!"Remember that many of the things you have now you could once only dream of" - Epicurus0

Me too, it doesn't seem to go off. We like it with stir fried prawns and noodles - not very original I know.......0
