Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me in 2001 my hubby and I purchased a car from direct car finance, and took out finance from them, which happened to be with the associates, which we now know never take finance from the car company and don't touch the associates with a barge pole. Anyway we soon couldnt afford the repayments and the agreement was sold to Welcome Finance we came to an agreement of £55 per month, which we are still paying for. Surely we can come out of the agreement as we have long since payed for the car and are only paying interest. pLease help, I am also going to go citizens advice as this is criminal.
