Morning everyone,

Just wondering if anyone knew of a recipe with melon seeds? Can you roast them like pumpkin and squash seeds for snacks? or are they bad?

thank you in advance

    Hi,

I've never tried them but looking around on the internet it seems you can roast them and eat them as a snack or eat them as is (apparantly they are very nutritious like pumpkin seeds).
You can also add them to curries to add nuttiness or use them in other dishes to sweeten things.

    HTH :D
