Hi i applied last night and i got an automated reply saying your tickets will arrive in 6 wks.
Do you think i still have a chance only applying last night, do they go quick?
I`d of thought if they were gone then the site would of pulled the offer, but its still there??2013 Sealed Pot Challenge Member #1960

hi
i got mine on sat they took 4 weeks0 -
Its hard to say this year because previously there was a rough timetable printed with the tickets, we don't have that this year.
We aim to arrive for between 9-10am purely to get a spot to sit in. IIRC the first actual race is somewhere between 10-11am with warm up before that.
thanks shelly. ive looked on the website aswell but theres no times on there either. were the queues big last year?? how long did you have to wait in them for?0 -

I'd say we queued for less than 2 minutes to get in. Queues to get in aren't a problem, its getting a good spot to see the action that annoys me
I would recommend to take deckchairs unless you can sit on your bum all day without problems. I'd also recommend taking your own food and drink too, purely because you WILL queue for the food wagons and they charge ridiculous prices.

Yes it is free admission - no matter what your age, but what I am asking is do children under 12 need tickets - as at Cadwell Park, they refused to accept the tickets for the children - as they were under 12 and got in free anyway -so they ended up in the bin!!
What I am saying is rather than put the tickets (if not needed for under 12's) in the bin, I could give them to someone else....
Can anyone help....been onto the site but can't seem to find any info on admission charges for under 12's...
Hi just found this
Remember, children under 16 do not need a ticket to get into the event but must be accompanied by an adult.

I think last year I only ordered mine a couple of weeks before - it seems they have just started sending the tickets out so theres a good chance you will get them in time (got mine today after ordering a couple of weeks ago!)
