PhilUk: Let us know what happens with this. I placed a similar order, and ordered a book with free Roses. The book was out of stock, and they sent me a small 480g box of Roses, and charged me £3.99 delivery for them. They also apologised that due to 'high demand' they had no tins of Roses left.

Mrs Meldrew ordered some stuff from studio. Then everything went wrong. The online ref number they gave her to track the order didn't work. A phone call revealed that our order number was in fact someone elses. They also claimed it took 28 days for your order to appear online so that you could track it ( by which time you would have received it surely?).

Order arrived but half of it was damaged. Also only received 480g Roses (due to high demand). Phoned again + was told they'd give us a £5 voucher (as a gesture of goodwill >:(). Refused it and spoke to department who deals with chocolates ???. Eventually got a £5 refund off order. For the returns they said we'd get a call in 2-7 days telling us when they'd call for the stuff. Amazingly they turned up next day (and no call).

Mrs Meldrew won't be ordering from Studio again.

ordered stuff from studio never arrived phoned was on 0870 hold for 40 mins , charged admin, charged for not paying account, details entered on credit ref agency as bad payers , charged more admin and interest, more phone calls , finnally threatened them with charges of my own for admin and the like my account is now 3.50 in credit. this outfit are absolute jokers
