Nice hotel room in London for £55- 11th of May

Basically I don't know why, but on the DaysInn website it shows as double room only costs £55(and single £49) -checking in 11th of May(Sunday) checking out 12th of May(Monday). Normally these rooms are £105 or above.
Thought might be useful for somebody. Didn't book myself as dates are no good to me.

This is not a nice hotel. Good price, but would be worth looking at other options.

No? Read some reviews and they aren't really bad for this price range. Like "Location was very good, safe to walk back to the hotel nigth time, staff was very helpful, room was very clean, coffee and tea were provided at the room, room is cleaned every day that was very important! near to victoria station only 10 minutes walking distance to the hotel"

I know several people that have had to stay there through work. They would never stay there again, and one even paid their own money to move somewhere else!

Everyone has different standards, but I wouldn't go near ... x

I would love to think so, unfortunately there're a lot of small hotels and B&B's in London that people comment as being filthy, that would be a no-go hotel to me and I would never recommend it to anyone. This one didn't have a single bad comment re cleanliness.
We travel a lot and always stay in places like InnKeepers, Travelodge, PremierInn, and I can't fault them a bit, and we only pay 50-60 quid per double room(sometimes less like in Travelodge). In London it's a problem(or I would even say impossible) to find a decent hotel/B&B for this price, therefore I thought a link might be useful for somebody, would book it myself but dates that we want are £105!
  • Had to laugh as my kids equate DaysInn with cockroach infested hellhole! We booked an overnight stay in an airport DaysInn in the USA acouple of years ago as the Hilton was fully booked........never again!'

I totally agree with dmg - that hotel is horrendous. I was booked in there for a week for some work that I was doing and had to leave after one night. never again. In fact I wouldn't stay there if they paid me £55!
