Hi, Me and my partner are looking at getting a mortgage soon. The only thing im worried about it weather we will be accepted for one as i have had a few missed payments in the last few months and 1 default registered against me which is now settled. Will this affect our chances of getting a 100% mortgage?

Think you might struggle with 100% at the mo..... If I were you, I'd be knuckling down and saving obsessively - and improving your credit score - look on the bright side, if prices do fall, you might be well placed for a bargain when you have your funds in order!0
