Serious Help Needed With MY IVA

Hi All,

God I just don't know where to start, basically in December 2005 i fell ill with Appendicitis and was unable to pay my bills because i did not get paid from work (due to my contract) and joined Debt Free Direct to sort my problems out.

I have been happily been paying them over 3 years and paid them so far over £9,000. The 3 out of 5 creditors have asked for £9,902. the other creditors have not asked for the money (yet)

My original debt was calculated just over £17K but Debt Free Direct state that the statement of affairs total over £27K (i have no idea what this is and so confused)

I asked DFD to send me a statement and included within my Nominees/supervisors and other fees plus VAT total over £7K so far.

So i have about £2K in the bank.

What i want to know if it is possible to get my money back, the terms and conditions that they sent to me was well to be honest MASSIVE and i SO SO SO OMG did not understand anything.

When my older bother advised me about the CAB's free services, i just felt gutted. And times are now getting really hard, i am struggling with rent and other bill payments.

i could go on and on, but it is just endless and i dont know where to go :-( HELP

Hope someone can help me and give me some advice.

sb x
