Intelligent Finance Mortgage Fee

Don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but IF are currently offering a tracker until July 2012 and 2.29% above the base rate - now that strikes me as being not all that competitive to start with, but on top of that the arrangement fee is £12000    (yes that is the right number of zeroes).
As others have said, I am not sure that IF are trying very hard to keep or get customers at the moment - my current deal runs until October, lets hope that there is better available by then.
Has anyone spotted a bigger arrangement fee?

It is a huge sum - but then it's for mortgages of between £2,000,001 and £5,000,000. I guess if you're buying a home of that value, £12,000 is a drop in the financial ocean...
KiKi' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0
