Applying for mortgage with DMP

My wife and I have a DMP with CCCS. We could re-mortgage our house and clear all of our debts with the equity. The mortgage payments that we would be paying would be less than what we are paying now in mortgage and DMP payments. Is/has anyone else gone through this, and what is the reaction of mortgage lenders (as the DMP shows up on credit reference agency files)?
Current DMP payment 430
Current Mortage payment 300
Total 730
New Mortgage payment 600
