Is an IVA a CCJ??

G'day all,
Hubby entered into an IVA about 4 years ago.
We are just days away from completing on sale of the property and the proceeds will pay off his IVA in a F&F settlement offer.
Filling in a form to rent a property and they do credit checks.
Already on scary nail-biting ground here wondering if they will reject us.
Lady at the Estate Agency says that usually as long as you've kept your payments up then an IVA will not mean an automatic fail of the credit check system thank gawd.
But there is a box to tick which says "Have you ever been issued with a County Court Judgement (CCJ)?" and we're not sure how to tick this....
He says his IVA had to go to the County Court to be signed off by a judge and make it legally binding, so he thinks this counts as a CCJ, but I thought CCJs were different, I thought they were when a creditor takes you to court to force payment of a debt?
So, does anyone know if we should tick YES or NO, he's not had any other court hearings other than the one for the IVA approval.
Thanks!!!

My tuppence worth, if your hubby had a CCJ he'd definitely know about it.
I'd hold off for the opinions of more experienced MSErs before ticking a box but I say it's a no to the CCJ...For what I've done...I start again...And whatever pain may come ...Today this ends... I'm forgiving what I've done -AF since June 20070 -
Hi
A County Court Judegement is when the creditor goes to court to force you to pay.
It is possible that OH received one before he started the IVA, but it is not the same as an IVA or the court hearing for an IVA.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Ahhh, as suspected, the CCJ is when you get taken to court.
We've ticked No, that def didn't happen to him!!
Thanks
