i been looking for cheap kids book on ebay but with the postage they end up being more expensive then the shops.

if anyone knows where i can get cheap books i would be really gratefull. i live in bradford if that helps.

I got most of mine from car boot sales for my son, have a flick through and make sure they are in good condition, and they are cheaper than anywhere you can buy from

Depends on how cheap is cheap you can get childrens books from https://www.thebookpeople.co.uk They do plenty of choice and unlike most other book clubs you only buy what you want there is no (please buy 189 more books this year or else)

I have ordered from these plenty of times and vouchers for free chipping can be picked up online.

also theres a banner on their website to another good kids bookstore - cant remember what its called but its something like redhouse or the likes.....

found a great shop in bradford that has some really good deals on books.

i bought my son some really nicely illustrated colourful books which only cost £5 for 4 books!

the shop is inside kirkgate market for those who are interested.

I tend to stick with boot sales, pick books up for 20p, hardbacks with an rrp of £10, can't complain at that, its the first thing i look at when i go to them.
How about local charity shops?

Do you have an 'instore' in Bradford?
Ours has new picture books for £1 where the usually prices are £4.99
I usually get one or two for little ones birthady and sometimes add money to the gift ( depending on who it is).

instore?? is that the same as the one in birmingham in the one stop shopping centre (used to have a little stall there).

if it is the same then i dont think there is one in bradford area.

Have a look at www.halfpriceorbetter.com.
If you spend over £25 you get a free book and free p&p too. I received an order of books today and I am very impressed. It works out cheper than the book people who I also buy from.
