How can I get rid of these debts

Hi. New to Forum. Please can anyone help.
I need to know, is there a judge who can consolodate all
my debts together without having a ccj against my name?
I am currently paying the debts off monthly, i am on a low income job
and they are becoming unafordable.
The debts are not mine but inherited by my ex-husband
I am not a houseowner am being hounded by the local council
for a debt from 9 years ago.
I am getting very worried because I dont seem
to be getting anywhere with anyone at the moment.
Need help.

Heidi, can you post up some details about the debts you have?

Are you in contact with your ex-husband and are the debts actually in your name or joint names?
