Hi there just wondering if anyone has heard any news about Rooftop Mortgages closing down?
I am trying to get a redemption statement as I'm selling up and wanted to know if the closure will affect me in any way and if so how?
Any info. would be great.

It shouldn't effect you directly as the mortgages will continue to be serviced, and Bear Stearns/Rooftop will sell the mortgages on if necessary.0
