Why Dont the creditors stop calling when on a DMP?

It seems to me way to many people get hasssled when on a DMP, i know there is potentially could be dealt with under the tribunals, courts and enforcement act but surely These plans should be respected now?

    The trouble is it would yake forever to get to court.
