French Connection

I bought an item from French Connection, was told when buying had 28 days to return item if not suitable. Returned item within 3 days but was told would only receive credit note... Is this right????

They don't have to give you a refund unless the item is faulty. Most places do, but they are not required to.

Yep, that's it in a nut shell.
I used to have a signature but it disappeared and I just couldn't be bothered writing another, so please feel free to ignore this.

    Sell it on eBay.

Same with Ted Baker, along with a suggestion that maybe I buy a larger size in future.

If a button became very loose, it would be very unfortunate...... but also faulty would it not?

This is SO obvious, why can't people find a piece of "loose" stitching on a garment made in a sweat shop in China, Bangladesh, India or Vietnam?

  • Same thing happened to me years ago in River Island. I have never spent a penny in there since and I shop a lot.

Same as Catherine above - but in FrenchConnection - never shop there now, and I still have the credit note 3 years later....Hmm..time to move on I think!
