The promotion is a prize draw which is open to anyone who completes an entry who is aged 18 or over and is resident in mainland Britain. No purchase necessary. All promotional instructions form part of the terms & conditions. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries into the prize draw to be received on-line via our website https://www.zoflora.co.uk. There is only one prize draw and prize available.
Participants must have a valid email and/or postal address to participate. Incorrectly completed applications will not be processed. Thornton & Ross will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
The winner will be the first entry drawn at random and will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date 30th September 2008. The prize draw will be supervised by an independent person. In the event of non-acceptance of the prize within a 28 day period, or if the person is not contactable, Thornton & Ross reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry or to forfeit the prize.
The prize includes allowance of a third party domestic cleaning service to complete general household cleaning tasks around your home for up to 2 hours per week (Mon-Friday only) for a maximum period of up to 12 months. In the event of a winner being unable to accept the prize, he/she can nominate a family member or partner to accept the prize on their behalf who is resident in mainland Britain.
The final prize details will be finalised once the winner has been drawn and location of the winner known. The draw is not open to employees of Thornton & Ross Ltd, their subsidiaries, families or anyone involved in the ‘Win a Cleaner’ promotion.
The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any promotional activity following the prize draw. The promoter accepts no responsibility for actions of the third party domestic cleaner at any time. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one that has the same value of the original prize in the event of circumstances outside its control. No cash alternative. Entry into this draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Fragrance samplers subject to availability. Please allow up to 3 months for delivery from prize draw end date. Only one free sample per household – duplicate requests will be classified as invalid. Incorrectly completed applications will not be processed. Proof of sending will not be treated as proof of receipt. Offer end date 30th September 2008. Thornton & Ross accepts no responsibility for entries which are not properly received due to communication errors or other website / email problems. Request for a free sample will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
