I've not really been in to the survey stuff but i've been on the "HarrisPoll" survey list for years. but not put the effort into doing them to get any rewards.
But I'm also with "Songpeople.com" every so often you do a review of the music on MTV stations or on groups or artists which have not made it big yet. You get put into a draw for a prize Usually a top 10 CD. I've won 10 CD's since i joined nearly 5 years ago
