Lump Sum Payments

Hi All,
I currently pay into a company stakeholder pension scheme each month. When i signed up it stated that you could pay in lump sums as and when you wished.
I'd like to do this every so often, but can't fathom how I actually go about doing this.
I can track how my pension and funds are doing through the Friends provident website, but there isn't any info on what to do with lump sums.
Can i simply do a bank transfer?
There isn't any info for me to use to set up a transfer other than my account number.
Thanks, Bill.
