im in big trouble now as mortgage payments are in arrears by 3 months(what can it go to before major steps are taken against me?)
unfortunately i am unemployed for 4 months so no steady income coming in, jobs that ive had do not cover the payments after tax.,NI
my mortgage is past its fixed rate and now need something to get back onto a fixed rate. the interest rate is low for now but when it goes up i will not be able to afford it.
where would be the best place to get a new mortgage?
my credit rating is now getting worse and have creditors getting paid token payments.

You're not going to be able to re-mortgage with another lender if you are in arrears."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

Are you claiming all the benefits you are entitles to. You may be able to claim housing benefit/ council tax benefit which could help towards the arrears.
It's unlikely you'll get a mortgage with arrears.
If your debt is becoming a problem maybe call National Debt Line or go online to CCCS who can arrange a Debt Management plan with your creditors. I am just starting one and it is a weight off my shoulders.
If your only paying token payments and your mortgage is in arrears chances are your credit score is shot anyway so may be worth thinking about.DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 19017/05/08 - Total on DMP: £10025.7007/05/14 - Total on DMP: £1666.20 DFD: July 2017!!Baby Tomos born 5th June 2009 - 6lb 5oz :jWeight Loss Target - to lose 60.8lb by NYE 2015 - 37.6lb TO GO0
