Britannia and Intrum Justitia

Success story beating Intrum Justitia!!!!!!!!!
Hi everyone, I received a letter from Intrum saying I owed them £6.19. I ignored it as I did not owe Britannia anything. I then received another letter, about one month later, saying I now owed them £7.19!
I phoned them and said I didn't owe them anything and the guy on the line kept saying that's not how we work, you must pay. I scanned through this website which had been advertised in the paper and followed the advice from Tigerfeet. I sent Intrum a letter saying I wanted to see the details and what video it was. I enclosed a £1.00 postal order too! Within the twelve days I received a letter. It said they had no proof and that my debt was clear. I owed them nothing and I would not receive any further letters or phonecalls. Problem solved! It was a real relief so do write the letter and send it. OK the postal order cost £1.46 from the post office and they even sent that back, but it was a small price to pay after reading some of the stories on here.
