Just asking out of curiosity. We bought in 1994, and after a huge run of bad luck in the last 12 months hoping to move again 2010. It would be lovely if we bought at the bottom of a cycle again.
That's if the huge wave of negative equity and repossessions late 80s early 90s was a crash...
