i am going to trade in a game. its sim2 on ps2. I can trade it on in a shop called cex for four pounds. I found this picture below saying. "Trade them in for the best price" I have two otehr shop gamestaion and cex. So if the otehr shops offer me a higher price. Coudnt i tell them, if this does happen, they havent offered me the best price. What do you think?

i dotn thing you understand. The picture above is from GAME's website. Its about trading. On teh second picture, it says they offer the best price. Say if another shop gave me a better price, can i ask GAME to match it

Just check out the other shops - ask them what they would give you for the game - then trade it to the one that gives you the best price

Although as otv says - you are more likely to get a better deal if you ebay it - the trade in is a quick easy option, but not as profitable.

Trade in at gamestation, taking a print out of the cex trade price.
CEX will give the higher trade price. You can tell this by looking at how much they charge for games.

Though Gamestation have a price match policy whereby not only will they match CEX, they will beat it by £1.

I.e i recently traded in Justice for Heroes on the PSP. Cex were giving £10 exchange. I went to gamestation who would only give £5, but using the policy they gave me £11 exchange!

Not bad seeing as i only puchased the game for £4.99 from Comet :D
