Hi folks
Dont really know what this comes under - but I read an article some time ago saying that a website exists that allows people to lend & borrow items - for example - we have a 3 bike rack that someone may want to borrow - for their holidays - like wise we may want to lend a roofbox ??
Its not a swap - just a lend / borrow ??
Anyone heard of it ??
Thanks
Paul

You may find a LETS group in your area -

I have often thought of a system of sharing exercise equipment. You know how you get bored with the bike, so you might want to swap with your neighbours tredmill and then maybe later on swap with someone elses rowing machine. You wouldn't get bored so quick and you don't need loads of space (and money!) for all those machines.
Do these websites above do this kind of thing - or have i just invented something...0 -
www.justfortheloveofit.org shares skills and tools.
Hi Paul
I think it is the Freeconomy community you've heard of that Joyful has just pointed out
I am a member of www.justfortheloveofit.org too and have shared both tools and skills many a time - couldn't recommend it highly enough, though sometimes you have to email a handful of members to get what you need.0
