thanks Linda
I was getting help from payplan but they say just carry on but like most the debtors keep coming and i can't see the end of this problem.0 -
Are you still with Payplan?
If so, tell them when you get demands and let Payplan deal with it.
Is it a debt that's already covered by your DMP?

It's very unlikely that CrapQuest would go through with it.
Do you want them to?
In your thread from a while back you were considering going BR anyway?

i have around 40k of credit cards debt all soley in my name, i have previously used a informal arrangement with all creditors, but now i have no surplus income but the creditors still hounding me with defaults threats of ccj and courts, i am tempted to apply for bankruptcy but i am concerned with acouple of things,
firstly I am not named on our mortgage, but may be classed as having a financial interest in the property and my wifes mother bought her a car last year with a loan from her credit union, but the car is registered in my name soley for cheaper car insurance, i think it would be classed as a asset, would appreciate any advice, thanksFree/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Our house is in my wife's name only and I did consider BR before but was concerned about the consequences of it, I was using a formal agreement with my creditors0
