ok i read thru and i cant see this anywhere! my sister swears by this when roastin chicken or turkey! get a huge onion and cut it into circles/slices wth the skin still on! lay it in the tin and sit the bird on top of it! then roast as normal! i have to say her xmas turkey is the b******s!!!!0
