Thank you 10past6, I really do appreciate that you, and a lot of people on here will understand what i am gong through, it's such hell, isn't it?!
In my last letter to them I reminded them of point 14 of the banking code, which states that they should be empathetic to customers experiencing difficulty, and that they should work to agree payment plans with customers, I also pointed out that CCCS is recognised in the banking code as a third party to assist. It had no effect on NR at all, but i am hoping that the court see that.
Via my job, i know a reasonable amount about law, and am quick to learn about situations and what the law says is reasonable aswell. But, i guess you never see yourself being in this situation, and i think thats what scares me the most. it's awful when your pride is dented, and things have been just so tough latley. But, i keep on saying that my fighting head will not go away, and NR will not beat me! lets face it, they should really knock 7500 off the debt considering that my husband and i are tax payers and thats about what we are paying in tax, along with everybody else to bail them out of thecr*p!!!!
